By accessing or using any services provided by The Relay Agency ("we", "us", "our"), including this website, PredSea, or any associated products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
The Relay Agency provides AI consultancy, intelligent agent deployment, automation services, and associated software products including PredSea. Services are delivered as described at the time of purchase or agreement and may be updated at our discretion.
PredSea is an AI-assisted weather routing and forecasting tool for marine use. It is provided as guidance only and does not replace professional seamanship, certified weather routing services, or the captain's own judgement.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our services without written permission
- Use automated means to scrape or extract data from our platforms
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are shown in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Trial periods begin on signup. After the trial, your subscription continues at the stated rate unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. No Liability for Marine Decisions
PredSea and any weather or routing information is for informational and planning purposes only. We accept no liability for decisions made at sea. The captain of any vessel remains solely responsible for the safety of the vessel, crew, and passengers at all times.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and materials on this site and within our products are the property of The Relay Agency or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our IP.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Relay Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Balearic Islands.
