We collect only what we need to deliver our services:
- Account data: name, email, and messaging contact (e.g. WhatsApp number) provided at signup
- Usage data: interactions with our AI agents and feature usage within our products
- Billing data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited via standard server logs
- Advertising data (with consent): page visits, browser and device information, IP address, and Meta identifiers collected through the Meta Pixel
We do not collect sensitive personal data and do not sell your data to third parties.

We share data only with trusted third parties used to operate and market our services: Stripe (payments), hosting providers, AI model providers, and — only after you consent — Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for advertising measurement and retargeting. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

We retain account data while your account is active. After closure, minimal data is kept for up to 12 months for legal purposes, then securely deleted.

8. Cookies
We use necessary storage for core site functions and to remember your privacy choice. Necessary storage does not require advertising consent.
If you select “Accept advertising”, we load the Meta Pixel (Pixel ID 1022996550654928). Meta may then use cookies and similar technologies, including identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc, to record page visits, measure advertising, attribute conversions, and create or refine retargeting audiences. The Pixel remains blocked if you reject non-essential tracking or have not yet made a choice.

Withdrawing consent stops future Meta Pixel loading on subsequent page views and removes Meta cookies set for this site where technically possible.
